INTRODUCTION :
The 808nm semiconductor laser system is widely used and is an ideal hair removal system for clinical use. Selective photopyrolysis (SPTL), matching specific wavelengths of light and pulse duration to obtain the best effect on the target tissue, while having the least impact on the surrounding tissues. The laser can selectively heat the black target substance (melanin) in the hair growth area (hair follicle) without heating the rest of the skin, causing local damage.
